The Avis Budget Group has just completed its 8-week bus tour across North America. The road trip ended at the company’s headquarters in Parsippany. The objective of “The Rolling Pride Rally” was to thank employees and customers for their contribution to the company. The tour visited 87 Avis et Budget agencies, travelling 22,000 miles and meeting thousands of employees.
The initiative is part of a broader plan, the objective of which is to make all employees aware of the role they play in relation to customers, in order to improve service, the booking process, customer satisfaction, etc.
“The Rolling Pride Rally” also provided an opportunity to make numerous donations to charities, including a $10,000 cheque to New Jersey Heroes, an association created by the First Lady, which recognizes the work of individuals and other non-profit organizations in support of New Jersey.
